Our admissions process is designed to be straightforward and supportive. Here's everything you need to know.

How do I apply to AIS-R?

Contact the admissions office to receive the online application form and application fee information. Submit required documentation (passports, transcripts, records). Schedule a campus visit. Receive an admissions decision. AIS-R accepts students in Pre-K through Grade 12.

Application Steps

  1. Complete an Online Inquiry or Application

    Applicants may complete our Online Application via the admissions office. An Application Fee is required. Contact our admissions office for the application fee information: admissions@aisr.org or (011) 459-7500 ext 305 or 306.

  2. Gather Required Documentation

    Required documentation must be completed and submitted before a student can be considered for admissions testing and AIS-R's applicant wait pool.

  3. Schedule a Campus Tour

    We strongly encourage all prospective families to visit campus. A tour gives you the opportunity to meet staff, see our facilities, and ask any questions you may have.

  4. Receive an Admissions Decision

    Once all documentation is received and reviewed, AIS-R will provide an admissions decision. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to limit student enrollment based on academic entrance requirements and class size.

  5. Welcome Home

    Upon acceptance, our team will guide you through enrollment steps, orientation, and all the resources you need for a smooth start at AIS-R.

Required Documents

  • Student's passport photo page
  • Student's second passport photo page (if applicable)
  • Each parent's passport photo page
  • All records from previously attended schools, to include:
  • – Contact information for last school attended (include teacher name, email address, phone number)
  • – Copies of student's most recent transcripts and report cards (past 2 years)
  • – Copies of most recent standardized test scores (if available)
  • – Attendance records
  • – Copies of any psychological, educational or other academic assessments (if available)
  • – Copies of any IEP / 504 Plans or Learning Support documentation (if applicable)
